2019 presentation by Alison Mcdowell on the coming global surveillance state. How International Big Business (Corporatism) is exploiting Bio-security and commodifying human beings in a world of “inclusive” Stakeholder Capitalism (A.K.A. Poverty management). This is the rollout of the “4th industrial revolution” and “Great Reset” It goes beyond the popularized scheme of the W.E.F. , this is huge, international in scope. This is the plan of digital slavery of the human race.
As I’ve documented here before Biometrics and other assorted forms of global mass surveillance technologies have become a part of our world that we can no longer escape. The seeming inevitability of a Technological- Technocratic Panoptican is a reality we must face going forward into the future. While the Paradigm of Public safety/Security from Terrorism that enshrined the foundations of this system have faded from the Corporate media’s spotlight, with 2020 and the “global pandemic” of Covid-19 we’ve entered into a new paradigm, that of Bio-security and Medical martial law.
And so I rounded up these series of Articles closing out 2020 with the theme of Biometrics and Facial recognition and their continual incremental encroaching upon citizens privacy and civil liberties.
2020 was the year of the Mask. While the effectiveness of such a measure against the Novel coronavirus is somewhat contested and vigorously opposed by some,Face masks became the defining feature and social divisor of 2020. Since the majority of the population was forced to wear masks, that presented a bit of a problem with existing facial recognition technology. While most liberty minded people, and those opposed to Orwellian intrusion saw this a good thing, The US govt obviously did not….But fear not citizens because D.H.S. is working around that problem to protect you (?) from ” security threats” No Terrorist in a face diaper is going to foil D.H.S. No Sir!!!!!
The Homeland Security Department, one of the government’s biggest biometrics systems users, is now steering research to confront the complexities limiting existing technology and help push forward tools to safely verify people’s identities at security checkpoints in a pandemic. Initial results from one recent effort “are actually quite promising,” Using not Photoshop but a tool like it, NIST created digital masks over faces in DHS operational images. Officials subsequently compared how facial recognition algorithms performed on those photos, as well as images of the same people without synthetic masks edited on to cover their faces.
Conducted at the Maryland Test Facility, the latest rally put those face and/or iris acquisition systems to work, as well as 13 matching algorithms—with support from 582 human volunteers. With the heaps of photos collected, DHS is able to essentially standardize image output and get a strong grip on what all the cameras are capturing. The systems are able to hone in on unique human features such as head shape, and faces’ periocular region—or the areas around individuals’ eyes—that remain uncovered when masks are worn.
DHS selected six systems to test this go-around, which is fewer than usual for such events but made sense to abide by COVID-19 protocols
Phew…what a relief to know that while forging tech to invade on the public’s privacy,no volunteers were exposed to COVID. My virtue signal receptors are pleased to hear that…..
Drones to police the Drones
Within the past 2 years we have seen an exponential rise in the commercial/privatized use of Drones. While the military has popularized their use as flying messengers of death, the use of drones in the private sector has found a new utility- Surveillance of the populace. You can call it Drones watching Drones. In real life scenarios that seem to mirror some of the most dystopian sci fi visions of films like They live,or Captive state, have now come to pass. Drones are now being used to fight the new “invisible enemy” COVID-19. Drone company Draganfly made more than a few headlines,by getting itself involved with projects related to surveillance and tracking of suspected Covid infections. Draganfly partnered with the Australian DOD and got in on the action with the near draconian lockdowns in Australia. And it doesn’t just stop there:
The goal, say organizers, is not to identify sick individuals. Instead, it will collect real-time statistical data about the possible spread of the disease. Drones are just part of this system, which will leverage other cameras around the world, such as CCTV cameras. They will all feed images and video into software developed by healthcare and AI company Vital Intelligence, Inc. – Dronedj.com
So it’s a small Globally surveilled world after all….
And so temperature scanning and facial recognition are just the beginning,IARPA (Intelligence advanced research projects activity) has put forth proposals to improve upon facial recognition and to go beyond that by integrating more Biometrics capability into ranged Drones.
The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity, or IARPA, issued a broad agency announcement solicitation for its latest attempt to improve biometrics at range, the Biometric Recognition and Identification at Altitude and Range, or BRIAR, program. (Boy they sure do love Acronym’s)
The BRIAR program aims to develop software algorithm-based systems capable of performing whole-body biometric identification at long-range and from elevated platforms,” the call states, outlining a three-phase process to prototype and test novel ways to incorporate multiple biometric signatures—such as face, gait and body type—to improve identification and verification at long ranges and steep angles. The BRIAR program will combine multiple biometric factors, including face, stride and “anthropometric classifications” like height and gender to improve match rates.
And just to appeal to the PC virtue signaling crowd : “The program also hopes to attune for racial diversity by using “robust, demographically diverse, domain-relevant biometric data,” . Whatever that innocuous statement means…. The fact is that this surveillance tech is not only detrimental to all citizens privacy, but that it has also been utilized disproportionately against minorities .
2020 had become the year of Global lockdown’s (setting a precedent for 2021?) Surveillance,Tracking and Political repression have all been justified with the “threat” of COVID-19, As noted before Australia and other Asian nations have had the largest increases in public surveillance due to the COVID pandemic. Not more than 2 years ago it seemed as though worldwide a majority of the world’s population were pissed off for one reason or another and were willing to get out in the streets to push back against governments and their overreach. But then Covid-19 came along and the global lockdowns began, with nary a word of protest in response to the “justified” draconian measures.
Public Consciousness is key in opposing Mass surveillance
While the Surveillance state continues to grow by leaps and bounds, there have been a few roadblocks offered up by the public in response to these intrusions into the public’s privacy. The aforementioned Dragnfly Pandemic temperature scanning drone program that was to be rolled out in Westport CT saw enough citizen response that the police dept was forced to axe the entire “Flatten the curve” pilot program.
Various Public advocacy groups voiced their concerns over, and called for a halt to a proposed Customs and Border protection plan involving Biometric data collection. The U.S. Customs and border protection (USCBP) had proposed an expansion of it’s own biometric data collection capabilities in September of 2020, the proposal sought to add the collection of palm prints, photographs for facial recognition, voice prints, iris images and DNA for tests to determine genetic relationships to its pre-existing biometric practices, which include collecting fingerprints and signatures of immigrants. Where that will ultimately go remains to be seen.
In New York State Facial recognition being used in schools was banned, being the first state to officially stop(for now) the deployment of these technologies in a public education setting. The law didn’t create a permanent ban,but rather a temporary stop on it’s use until 2022.
In June, the ACLU of New York sued the state education department over the installation of a facial recognition system in Lockport City Schools, a district near Niagara Falls. The state’s approval of this technology showed a “dangerous lack of oversight and an alarming misunderstanding of the way it analyzes student data,” the civil liberties group said. The implementation of the system violated students’ rights to privacy, the lawsuit argued, because the district wanted to sync their data to local, state, and federal crime databases.
School officials defended the system, saying it would help identify school shooters as they enter the building, allowing shootings to be prevented.
And so there you go with the old tried and true appeal to “public safety”, or the even sappier “keeping your kids safe from drugs and violence”, while indoctrinating them to accept a system of Mass surveillance and no personal privacy. As these technologies continue to develop, and are increasingly marketed to the public sector it’s up to us The public to stay informed of how,and when these technologies are being used against us. While the global surveillance industry will continually take advantage of the public’s vulnerabilities to “security risks” it’s important to remember that it won’t just stop there,The Covid pandemic and it’s response highlight that we are moving into a post security and Terrorism oriented (indoctrinated?) world, and that now even Bodily autonomy is at risk of being seized all in the name of “Protection”

Plans for a Cashless society have been moving along for more than a decade now,as I’ve chronicled here before. But in the past handful of years & with the dawn of the post COVID era (2020-2030), those plans are beginning to accelerate. The world’s reserve Fiat currency(The US dollar) has been on some shaky ground for a while now,and we might be looking at another financial collapse sooner rather than later. While a cashless society isn’t an entirely nefarious plan, the fact is that’s where the trends with technologies were heading to anyway. What is nefarious is the agenda to exploit these advances in technology for the benefit of a small wealthy financial elite, and the agenda to consolidate this technology in the hands of central governments for greater control of their populations. Crypto currencies and the Block chain have been groundbreaking developments and have set the standard for cashless transactions. But now Elite’s of corporations and governments want to utilize this technology for greater social/financial control of mass populations.
“In January, the Bank of Canada, the Bank of England, the Bank of Japan, the Sveriges Riksbank (Sweden) and the Swiss National Bank, together with the European Central Bank and BIS, announced they had formed a group to assess the opportunities for CBDCs in their home jurisdictions“.
Further: ” A Bank for International Settlements (BIS) survey published earlier this year. According to the survey’s results, nearly 80% of central banks that responded in 2019 indicated they are engaged in or plan to commence CBDC development“.
The IMF and BIS are big time players in the world of international finance and the overlords of the current Debt based fiat currency program. With talk of “The great reset” coming from the same financial elite’s in Davos,Switzerland, you can most assuradley see that there is a framework being set up for a one world financial system a.k.a New World Order. The push for Cashless has been going on for some time now.But now the COVID-19 “pandemic” has provided the most convenient justification for accelerating the cashless agenda,to promote “contacless” banking and exchange of currencies worldwide, all for your safety of course .Just like the same line was used to promote the “War on Terror” post 9-11,now we are in a battle with a new invisible enemy, and you need to give up some or (mostly all) of your freedoms if you wish to remain “safe”.
Another related front to the Digital Currencies being promoted is the idea of Bio-security, The use of Digital forms of ID,which in some cases (and the agenda is moving in this direction) utilizes biometrics to authenticate your “digital person”. Not only is cash a “dirty” and outdated mode of transaction in the post pandemic era,but so is the freedom to travel without digital surveillance.
Que up the United Nations and their announcement of a digital ID for UN personnel that combines Blockchain and Biometrics (See where this is going??)
“A solution combining biometrics, blockchain and mobile technology developed for UN personnel by the UN Digital Solutions Center (UN DSC) has won a technology challenge, the agency announced.
UN DSC is a pilot project of the World Food Programme and UNHCR with operational support from UNICC, intended to create digital solutions to help UN agencies with common operational and transactional tasks.
The UN Digital ID is a digital wallet that agency personnel can use for data related to human resources, medical status, travel, payroll and pensions, which can also be used for onboarding new employees, leaving or retiring from the organization.”
Good to see that the UN is on the “progressive” path of providing for it’s “personnel” from Cradle to Grave isn’t it?
As Spiros Skouras has pointed out at Activist post:
I can’t help but to raise the question, what kind of social controls could this possibly provide the technocrats if people decide not to obey certain restrictions or requirements? ForExample: If you didn’t get your latest shot, individuals may face travel restrictions. Or, you may not be able go to work, or your payments may be frozen until you comply.
They may not have to mandate anything if they can ‘encourage’ you to obey.
Inevitably With the advances of technology, the world will continue to move away from physical to digital/biometric ID, As observed by Biometric update: Five years from now there will be more than six billion digital identity apps in use around the world, up from just over a billion today, according to a Juniper Research forecast. The research also suggests that those civic identity apps will be their predominant form, and that there will be 40 percent more digital ID apps than cards by 2025. But the consideration for digital surveillance and tracking of populations and individual privacy seems to fall by the wayside,Convenience and ease of use have become the prevailing paradigm.
Other Future related trends of concern that will further erode personal and digital privacy are Social crediting systems,As pioneered by Communist China. And Body activity based Cryptocurrency mining as patented by uber corporatist’s Microsoft. While future trends will continue to move into the digital realm, the public should remain vigilant. Meanwhile mega corporations and governments will never abandon their own history of predatory behavior.
January 2018- Rep. Bob Goodlatte [R-VA-6] introduced H.R.4760 – Securing America’s Future Act of 2018, a sweeping bill that entails everything from Education and the Workforce to Homeland Security to the military. Also, tucked away in this 400-page behemoth of a bill are the details of a new biometric National ID card that could soon be required for everyone. Not surprisingly, there is almost no media coverage on this legislation.
H.R. 4760 establishes a mandatory National Identification system that requires all Americans to carry a government-approved ID containing “biometric features.” Without this card, according to the legislation, you will not be able to work in this country.(Title III Section 3102, subsection 420-420A)
Naturally, this bill is wholeheartedly supported by the anti-immigration sect and has gained 70 co-sponsors. As with most police state-promoting legislation, fear of illegal immigration is being pushed to garner such support. However, as Ron Paul has pointed out, the bill won’t just target illegals—it targets everyone—and it will use your most private information to track you.
“Under the statists’ National ID scheme, you’d be forced to carry around your National ID card, tied to this massive database, chockfull of biometric identifiers like fingerprints and retina scans,” “Without this ID, you won’t be able to legally hold a job — or likely even open a bank account or even board a plane!”
Despite the rhetoric of enforcing border security and reducing immigration this bill has key elements that are detrimental to American’s freedoms.
- Hr 4760 would allow federal bureaucrats to include biometric identification information on the card, potentially even including fingerprints, retinal scans, or scans of veins on the back of hands, which could easily be used as a tracking device.
- Would Be required for all U.S. workers regardless of place of birth, making it illegal for anyone to hold a job in the United States who doesn’t obtain an ID card.
- Requirements that all employers purchase an “ID scanner” to verify the ID cards with the federal government. Every time any citizen applies for a job, the government would know.
The new ATM concept would allow people to unlock their bank accounts with an eye scan. However, the technology that will do away with the need for cards in favor of iris scanners is being developed by a company accused of election fraud.
Diebold Inc and it’s latest solution involves registering transactions with your smartphone, then having your iris scanned at the ATM. Major banks such as Citigroup have begun testing.
It is worth noting that in this case the company which is developing the solution is Diebold. This is the company that has been charged with hacking democracy during an investigation into bribery, fraud, and a “worldwide pattern of criminal conduct.”
So the question is ,Do you feel a lot safer handing over your biometric and financial information to a group of white collar criminals, in order to keep it out of the hands of other criminals?

Facial recognition and biometric databases have been a reality in technology for decades, and have been used overseas by the military to assist in occupying potentially hostile populations in places like Iraq and Afghanistan.Populations there not only face the possibility of becoming a statistical civilian casualty, but are processed and tagged like cattle as well.
Now, that paradigm is coming home to roost – as spy agencies like the NSA have long planned.
Biometrics are being designed for use in mass populations here in America and throughout the Western world, not just war-torn locales. According to the NY Times: Facial recognition software, which American military and intelligence agencies used for years in Iraq and Afghanistan to identify potential terrorists, is being eagerly adopted by dozens of police departments around the country to pursue drug dealers, prostitutes and other conventional criminal suspects. But because it is being used with few guidelines and with little oversight or public disclosure, it is raising questions of privacy and concerns about potential misuse.
Already, the database is saddled by millions of people who are not criminals and have not been charged with any crime – which experts claim is reducing its effectiveness. There is about a 20% rate of false-positives which is hardly encouraging, “It is not as if there is the identification of a specific crime problem; they are simply collecting a lot of information that could impact a lot of completely innocent people,” said Michael German, a fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice and a former F.B.I. agent.
The New York Times interviewed two people upset about police detaining them on street curbs to take a photo for the biometric database, while also taking such data as cheek-swabbed DNAThey weren’t arrested, but now they are being watched more closely than people realize, as increasing numbers of cameras and computer systems are beginning to utilize law enforcement biometric databases, potentially recognizing and flagging innocent people everywhere they go, and subjecting them to possible undue suspicion.
The future already holds a bleak outlook for privacy, largely promising only greater and greater levels of surveillance and control that would not only make the founding fathers roll in their graves, but would give the average person the sense that they are under watch with preemptive suspicion … even thought they’ve done nothing wrong.
Since the FBI is cutting the ribbon on its own biometric tech center, these policies are all but guaranteed to spread to departments throughout the country.

Are you ready to have your veins scanned every time you use your bank account? Are you ready to use a “digital tattoo” or a microchip implant to unlock your telephone? Once upon a time we read about such technologies in science fiction novels, but now they are here. The era of widespread biometric identification and microchip implants is upon us, and it is going to change the way that we live.
Proponents of these new technologies say that they will make our private information and our bank accounts much more secure. But there are others that warn that these kinds of “Big Brother technologies” will set the stage for even more government intrusion into our lives. In the wrong hands, such technologies could prove to be an absolute nightmare.
Barclays has just announced that it is going to become the first major bank in the western world to use vein scanning technology to control access to bank accounts. There will even be a biometric reader that customers plug into their computers at home.
It is only a matter of time before more banks, online retailers and major websites start using this kind of technology. We live at a time when theft on the Internet threatens to spiral out of control, and big corporations are going to be continually looking for answers. Motorola has developed a digital tattoo that will be used to ensure that only the owner of a phone is able to unlock it.
As it is starting to become more mainstream, and there are already some thinkers that are quite eager to use such technology for very authoritarian purposes. For example, one prominent philosopher recently suggested that we should use implantable microchips to prevent anyone that is “deemed unworthy” from becoming a parent. You might be tempted to think that this is crazy talk. But the truth is that this kind of technology is already being developed. In fact Bill Gates is funding the development of a birth control microchip that “acts as a contraceptive for 16 years.
The reality of the matter is that technology is changing at an exponential rate, and our world is going to get crazier and crazier as time goes by.Are you ready for what comes next?

The drums of war are beating, diverting our attention, as always, to the stories scripted by the mainstream media. Meanwhile, plans for the New World Order are being perfected. We must not focus solely on the war, or the shock, but what is to come after.
The Smart World Order will most likely be run by an all-knowing quantum computer, for optimization of the new capital (people, nature, and data) alongside the traditional products, services, and built infrastructure. Everything is to have a unique identifier, to enable the quantum algorithms and social simulations, which are required to keep the show running in what they hope will be a truly sustainable fashion. The United Nations is now calling for this ‘steady state system’, which requires an understanding of all capital stock, and all transactions. This is the oft-described transhumanist military-industrial complex – but with a purpose, an ‘ideology’ , which may sound alluring to many.
Unless people wise up to this almost-unheard-of news, we will all be forced to get a global smart ID. What does that mean? It’s what we’ve all been dreading, is what it is … it’s your unique identification number; the sign of all that you are, including your biometrics. If allowed to happen, we will be one step away from Implants. Your ID will be smart because it’s stored on a microchip, and with it comes your one-and-only password for everything. You’re gonna need that password to be part of society in the near future, because the plan is to move everything online, To global SmartID system.
The way it works is, you sign up with an Identity Provider (IdP), enrol your biometrics (probably face and fingerprints) and provide the appropriate evidence of who you are. This IdP will then be in control of all your private details. When you need to confirm your identity for some reason (such as applying for State benefits) you will be asked to produce the necessary credentials for that transaction, and the Identity Provider will act as a go-between, confirming the identities of both parties.
Identity management already exists for military personnel and civil servants, and globally interoperable standards have emerged. Over the last decade, identity specialists have crafted a number of methods for a global system for all citizens of the earth. Most countries now have biometric passports, and the UK and the US are leading the way.
The global interplay of production-and-consumption can only be managed from the top, in the name of sustainability, when each and every ‘thing’ is tagged and labelled with an ID. This Internet-of-things-and-people can then become an efficient machine, processing all transactions on a global scale, from the RFIDs in consumer products, to sensors and smart cards that process all the many identities of people and devices. The ultimate aim is to achieve (the illusion of) a global steady-state system, maintaining perfect ‘balance’.

Are you excited about the new iPhone’s nifty biometric fingerprint unlock system? The police might be, too.
Courts have given mixed messages about whether Americans are protected from being forced to divulge passwords or decrypt information for law enforcement officials. Civil liberties advocates argue defendants shouldn’t have to unlock their own computers for the cops. The logic: Under the Fifth Amendment, Police can’t force you to self-incriminate by testifying, or divulging something in your mind.
It’s unclear if that same protection applies if the password is your fingerprint. “A fingerprint is entitled to less constitutional protection than a password known in your mind,” said Hanni Fakhoury, a staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation in San Francisco. “If police arrest you and ask you for a password, you could refuse and they’d be hard pressed to force you to divulge the password.”
Of course, police already collect fingerprints after booking a suspect. And the Supreme Court has also held that police don’t need a search warrant to collect fingerprints. It isn’t hard to imagine police also forcing a suspect to put his thumb on his iPhone to take a look inside.
The wireless age has grown leaps and bounds since the turn of the new millennium. From big square cellphones, to flip phones, to the new touch screen phones that can access the Internet wherever service is available. However, communications just went ‘Back to the Future’; 1984 to be exact, and was secretly given over to Big Brother.
Apple’s new iPhone 5s will come in many(pretty, distracting) colors, and with a brand new feature; Touch ID. Touch ID uses biometrics technology so users can scan their fingerprints to better lock their phones. The latest series of Apple’s iPhone will not only continue to cultivate numerous apps that track your location through GPS and transmit data directly back to corporations and government, but contain a fingerprint sensor that stores your fingerprint in order to purchase apps and unlock the phone for use. For most, this seemingly harmless feature is just that; harmless. But for privacy advocates, and those who understand the direction we are heading in, our biggest fears were realized.
And that’s really just the beginning. As millions will most likely continue through the Apple food chain and purchase this phone, the NSA and bloated federal government at large will be beyond ecstatic. Because after all, it’s a real dream come true for the Big Daddy government spy state.
No longer will you actually need to be arrested to gather your fingerprints — we’re talking about millions nationwide willingly submitting their biometrics to a database that most certainly is accessible by Apple and big government.
Of course Apple claims that the fingerprint scans will be ‘local’ on your hardware, but of course the NSA and FBI would not let such a precious database go to waste. And we already know that corporations are making big bucks spying on the data of consumers.
In the digital age, wireless technology, and biometrics are increasingly becoming one. It should be no surprise that Apple was the first to get their hands on the biometrics technology and incorporate it into its new phone. Your phone is now a wireless world in and of itself, where Big Brother has his hands on the pulse. Cell phones can scan Q codes, swipe credit cards, and now read your own, unique fingerprints. This is building to the new age: the age of a cashless society.
When everything from books, to bank transactions are carried out over the Internet, this enables governments to censor, delete, manage, and monitor an individual’s trends. People should wake up to the fact that although the technology has a potential for being great, the current political and governmental system, mixed with the path we are on, is a powder keg of nefarious snooping, spying, information databasing, and outright theft.
As we inch towards a world in which our electronics are based around biometrics, it becomes an eery reality that our Big Daddy, Big Brother system is continually holding our hands as we walk right into the current spy system that our overlords continue to assert does not exist.
