In this short interview with Tim Shorrock, he covers the fact that surveillance of the American populace by the NSA and intelligence agencies has been ongoing since at least the 1960’s. Before we ever heard of PRISM, there was PROMIS a computer software that was stolen by the U.S. Govt and used to track individuals, and infiltrate intelligence systems in multiple countries throughout the world.
