9/11’s “Known Knowns”

Years of willful deception, the sands of time, and simple neglect all tend to cloud our perception of the reality of history. This is especially true for politically radioactive topics like 9/11. With the debate over 9/11 heating up at the 15th anniversary of that fateful day, it’s a good time to get back up to speed.

There are essential pillars of the 9/11 debate that must be acknowledged by all parties before any healthy discussion of that paradigm-changing topic can take place.
What follows is a refresher list of “known knowns” — select, broad aspects of 9/11 that are at present beyond reasonable doubt:

. The money (financial funding and Fraud) trail was never followed to its logical conclusion. The 9/11 Commission concluded the question of who funded the attacks “was of little practical significance.”

. The Bush Administration pushed back against any independent investigation into 9/11.Once the White House agreed to an investigation, it provided a budget of $3 million, or 27% of the amount requested by 9/11 Commission co-chairs, Thomas Keane and Lee Hamilton.

. The Bush White House’s first choice to lead the 9/11 Commission was the highly controversial Henry Kissinger. Under intense pressure due to conflicts of interest, he resigned a month later. The 9/11 Commission was compromised by having White House policy advisor Philip Zelikow as its executive director. He was alleged to have been in close contact with controversial White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove throughout the investigation.

. Saudi agents — some with ties to the White House — sent financial and logistical support to men who then provided that support to the hijackers. That’s according to the Congressional 2002 Joint Inquiry report, multiple media accounts and at least one FBI agent who worked on 9/11 cases. Efforts to further investigate Saudi nationals were resisted by the White House and CIA over and over again.

. Indian intelligence, corroborated by the FBI, showed a wire transfer of $100,000 from the phone of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Mahmud Ahmad to 9/11 lead hijacker Mohammed Atta in 2000. Ahmad was in Washington D.C. on the morning of the attacks, meeting with US lawmakers.(including a Future Director of the C.I.A.)

. The $100,000 transaction was never mentioned in the 9/11 Commission report — and Ahmad was never detained for questioning.

. Multiple, overlapping war game drills created some level of confusion at the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS) on the morning of the attacks.

. Around noon on 9/11, air traffic controllers who handled some of the hijacked flights made a recording recalling their experiences of the events from a few hours earlier. The tape was later destroyed by an unidentified FAA supervisor without any transcripts taken.(destruction of evidence in a criminal investigation)

. Blaming Iraq was the talking point advanced by the Bush administration within days of the attacks. Later, multiple reports surfaced alleging that the neoconservatives who made up the hawkish Project for a New American Century think tank and the Bush Administration had been planning for and discussing the need to publicly justify an invasion of Iraq (and Afghanistan) long before 9/11.

This is by no means a full list of inadequately-investigated facts surrounding 9/11.
People loyal to the official narrative at first denied the veracity of many of these facts. Later, when the corroborations and confirmations became overwhelming, they shifted gears, insisting these “knowns” didn’t matter.

15 Years of Coverup? Physics Journal Concludes: All 3 WTC Towers Collapsed Due To Controlled Demolition

Posted in 9-11, Alternative Media, News, Science on September 22, 2016 by realizethelies

wtc-case

Over the past 15 years many highly respected academics and experts have come forward to challenge the official narrative on the collapse of the WTC towers forwarded by the U.S. government. The official government position holds that the collapse of all three towers was due to intense heat inside of the buildings. A new forensic investigation into the collapse of the three World Trade Center towers on 9/11, published in Europhysics News claims that “the evidence points overwhelmingly to the conclusion that all three buildings were destroyed by controlled demolition.”

While many in the mainstream have attempted to label anyone questioning the official narrative as a “tin foil hat” conspiracy theorist, many highly respected experts have come forward to advocate the idea that the buildings collapsed due to the intense heat and fires following two terrorist-directed plane crashes.

The new study is the work of Steven Jones, Robert Korol, Anthony Szamboti, and Ted Walter, the director of strategy and development for Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, a nonprofit organization that today represents more than 2,500 architects and engineers. The comprehensive study in Europhysics News directly challenges the official narrative and lends to a growing body of evidence that seriously questions the veracity of the government narrative.

In 2002, N.I.S.T. remarked that the case was exceptionally bizarre. There were no other known cases of total structural collapses in high-rise buildings caused by fires and so it is deeply unusual that it should have happened three times in the space of one day, noted NIST. Official investigations have never been able to thoroughly and coherently explain how this might have happened and various teams tasked with examining the collapse have raised difficult questions about the veracity of the government’s story.

The experts claimed that after a thorough forensic analysis of video footage of the building’s collapse, it revealed signs of a controlled implosion. Additionally, Jones has co-authored a number of papers documenting evidence of unreacted nano-thermitic material in the WTC dust.

The authors of the study note that the buildings fell with such speed and symmetry that they there was no other feasible explanation for the sudden collapse at free-fall speeds. These respected experts’ new forensic analysis only adds to the growing movement of people calling for a new and impartial investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Center.

$1 Trillion Spent On The US Police State Since 9/11

Posted in N.S.A., News, Police State, Social Engineering, Surveillance with tags , on September 22, 2016 by realizethelies

wartrillions

Never let a tragedy go unused. This mantra of the State is as strong today as it was the day after 9/11.
As 9/11 was used to invade and occupy Iraq and Afghanistan – securing a geopolitical foothold in the region like never before – civil rights have slowly been dismantled and energies were devoted to the development of a massive domestic surveillance state.

The Patriot Act, NSA warrantless wiretapping and FBI National Security Letters are a few examples of the abuses carried out under the banner of 9/11. The Snowden revelations finally began to jolt enough Americans into a state of awareness. The construction of domestic spying centers have increased at a frenzied rate as the “black budget” soared. The military- and surveillance-industrial complex couldn’t be happier, and indeed, their profit windfalls fueled about half of the economic recovery during the 2000s.

No one fully knows the extent of the “hidden world, growing beyond control” of the surveillance state. Six years ago a Washington Post investigation found:

Some 1,271 government organizations and 1,931 private companies work on programs related to counterterrorism, homeland security and intelligence in about 10,000 locations across the United States.
An estimated 854,000 people, nearly 1.5 times as many people as live in Washington, D.C., hold top-secret security clearances.
In Washington and the surrounding area, 33 building complexes for top-secret intelligence work are under construction or have been built since September 2001. Together they occupy the equivalent of almost three Pentagons or 22 U.S. Capitol buildings – about 17 million square feet of space.

There is no evidence to suggest this astounding growth has been put in check. In 2013, the Black Budget was $52.6 billion, spent on 16 spy agencies with over 107,000 employees. The “espionage empire…rivals or exceeds the levels at the height of the Cold War.” According to the New York Times, the amount spent on domestic counter-terrorism since 9/11 is a staggering $1 trillion. This is only for “homeland security measures,” not the overseas so-called War on Terror.

It is a disturbing insight into how the State can manage a sustained campaign of fear-mongering, with the aid of mainstream media, to fog the vision of the American populace while spending incredible amounts of our tax money on an almost non-existent threat.

The Department of Homeland Security receives the lion’s share of the funding, with $37 billion to be allotted there in 2017, out of the total $50.4 billion – an 11.5 percent increase over 2016.
The director of the Ohio Homeland Security agency, a prime beneficiary of the funding, says the San Bernardino and Orlando shootings justify all this spending and warns that another 9/11 could happen if we don’t remain committed to the spending.

He doesn’t explain how we can expect to stop a psychopath from grabbing a gun and shooting up a nightclub or a place of employment, unless they put in place the kind of total surveillance George Orwell fictionalized in his book 1984.

F.B.I. Has Covertly Collected Iris Scans of US Citizens

Posted in Uncategorized on August 16, 2016 by realizethelies

FBIirisscan

In an article published by the Verge,it was revealed the FBI has been quietly collecting hundreds of thousands of iris scans as part an experimental program referred to as the “FBI Iris Pilot.” Working together with local police departments, U.S. Border Patrol, and the Pentagon, the FBI has discreetly amassed 434,000 iris scans.

The surveillance technology, used primarily by airports and private security companies, was pitched in 2013 as a way to help police departments catch criminals in a safer and more efficient manner. At that point, the FBI already had 30,000 scans and was looking to coordinate with local and national agencies to develop a searchable database of scans taken by police departments across the nation. The iris scan, which can be taken from a distance and requires no physical contact, was to be taken upon arrest and submitted whether charges were pressed or not.

California was the first to get on board with the program, according to a memo signed by representatives from the FBI and California Department of Justice. Departments in Texas and Missouri also participate, but records show the bulk of scans in the database come from California.
All agencies are required by law to conduct Privacy Impact Assessments on programs collecting personal information, but no such assessment was made on the pilot program prior to its operation. According to the Verge, an FBI representative claimed they were exempt in this case “because the pilot was conducted with limited participation for a limited period of time.”

The potential ramifications of a surveillance program that can collect an average of 189 iris scans per day—from one department alone—could be severe and warrant heavy scrutiny before being implemented nationwide.Just last month, the FBI was found to have been collecting hundreds of millions of facial scans in a separate program much like the iris pilot. A report from the Government Accountability Office showed not only that the program was being operated with an out-of-date privacy assessment, but also that tens of millions of facial scans came from “driver’s license photos that were not linked to any crime.”

The most alarming discovery is that both programs operate under the FBI’s Next Generation database, a project the Bureau is working to keep outside the reach of the Privacy Act. This has (rightfully) drawn the attention of critics who believe the FBI should not be permitted to operate in complete darkness.

It’s absurd for anyone to deny the fact the United States government is using every tool at its disposal to obtain personal information from its citizens, violating the most basic of human rights. When the government is permitted to know everything about its citizens while it is simultaneously allowed to protect its own privacy, there’s a very serious problem.

Terrifying New Weapons Police Are Using To Crush Protests

Posted in News, Police State, Surveillance, Technology with tags , , , , , , , on August 16, 2016 by realizethelies

taser_dees

The future of police technology has arrived, and it’s stranger and more terrifying than we could’ve possibly imagined.

Conspiracy theorists’ worst fears were confirmed last month when the New York Post reported that the NYPD now maintains an undisclosed number of unmarked, military-grade vans with X-ray radiation, capable of scanning the public and looking through building and vehicle walls.

This technology, called the “Z Backscatter” van, was used by the military in Afghanistan and costs somewhere between $729,000 and $825,000.
However, there’s no way we can know for sure what these futuristic vans are capable of, including potential health impacts due to radiation exposure, because the NYPD refuses to talk about them. The NYPD’s insistence on complete, blanketing secrecy is part of a growing trend within the surveillance state that civil rights advocates have been fighting for decades.

xrayvan

The Backscatter vans are only the beginning. Police departments around the nation have deployed a whole host of new devices, from laser light guns to facial recognition scanners. Here’s what’s being used by police right now:

Pain Ray Cannon (Active Denial System)

ADS

What began in the early days of the Bush Administration as a way to quell Iraq war-era uprisings could soon end up at local police departments.
The pain ray cannon, or “Active Denial System,” (ADS) as the police call it, is the latest form of military-grade crowd control. The weapon uses microwave beams to heat up the water and fat molecules in a person’s skin, effectively heating the person up until they run away.

Though “less-than-lethal,” its effects are anything but enjoyable. According to people who have had the pain ray tested on them, “it feels like someone opened an invisible door to a blast furnace in front of them, or that their skin was being scorched all over instantly. During protest situations, an ADS could be swept across large groups of people at a closer range than originally intended. The systems could be used to deter a crowd from a single area or to incapacitate drivers. If left unchecked, the pain ray cannon could allow for some pretty repulsive human rights violations.

LRAD Sound Cannons

LRAD

Instead of tear gas and batons, departments have taken to using Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs), to transmit a super-loud high-pitched scream into crowds. The sound is literally too painful to be around and is intended to “shape the behavior of potential threats”
Police Departments from New York City to Toronto to Ferguson, Missouri are using LRADs indiscriminately on protesters, causing excruciating pain to anyone within range.

This is not a precision tool,” said Gideon Oliver, a lawyers who wrote to NYPD Commissioner Bratton. “This is an area-of-effect weapon. When the police use it, it’s not as if they’re just targeting one person. It’s indiscriminate like teargas.”

Facial Recognition Software

FRtablet

With secrecy and deception clouding any conversation about the militarized surveillance state, we can only assume that we are being recorded almost all the time, at least in urban areas. The market has more than tripled since 2008, with cameras being used more invasively every day.

Just last year the Boston Police Department was caught testing out its facial recognition technology on attendees of Boston Calling music festival without their knowledge. Data on each individual’s build, clothes and skin color was captured on thousands of people.

The ACLU claims police departments are also attempting to gain access to private security cameras in order to expand their surveillance reach without having to install new cameras of their own.

HD Camera Drones

cameradrone

Even more aggressive than thousands of surveillance cameras on every street corner is police reconnaissance from the sky. Several police departments have deployed aircrafts with high-resolution cameras and software that can identify and track people over long distances. FBI versions of these planes include technology that may be able to capture private data from cellphones as they track someone, according to the Associated Press.

Concerns have been raised regarding use of this technology for police surveillance, including protection from “unreasonable search and seizure.” The U.S. Department of Justice released its own guidelines on the matter in May, barring federal law enforcement agencies from using drones to “monitor activity protected by the First Amendment”, such as peaceful protests.

Police State Trend: Law enforcement preparing for rioting on a national scale

Posted in Martial Law, News, Police State with tags , , on August 16, 2016 by realizethelies

riot_police

A new report from analysts with industry research group, Sandler Research, forecasts the Global Riot Control System Market for the next four years — but beyond a burgeoning market to parallel the expanding global police state, it appears world governments are also keenly aware of civilian discontent.
Sandler predicts the market will have an annual growth of 3.5 percent, and makes a telling juxtaposition, emphases added, involving the United States:
Law enforcement agencies around the world are the biggest market for riot control systems. This market is expected to generate revenues of over 3.5 billion USD by the end of 2020. Countries such as the U.S., Iran, Egypt, Russia, China, and Thailand have started procuring riot control equipment and are investing heavily in non-lethal weapons.

Specifically, the analysts continue:

“In North America, the prominent markets are Canada and the U.S. and law enforcement agencies in these nations are best equipped with the upgraded weapons. The militarization of the police department and other law enforcement agencies in the Americas has encouraged the use of advanced riot control equipment.”

Militarized police forces have become de rigueur, even in the nation’s smallest towns — but arming law enforcement with the weapons of war, rather than protecting civilians, has birthed a chasm of distrust and animosity on both sides. It isn’t as if this equipment is being produced by a marketplace intent on keeping civilians safe from an ostensible outside threat.

As if released in conjunction with one another, a report by Lloyd’s intones the necessity of preparedness as mass civil unrest can not only spark without prior warning, but flare outward, unpredictably — what the insurer calls “Political Violence Contagion.” According to the report, instances of political violence “contagion (pandemics) have become more frequent, and the contagion effect ever more rapid and impactful.”

Considering massive worldwide demonstrations in the U.S. and elsewhere — as people finally grasp how corrupt governments actually are — it becomes apparent in these reports the politicians and their enforcement agencies comprehend the greatest threat to their power.Together, the reports paint a dire prediction — not as much for its illustration of a world in chaos, but for its intimation authoritarian actors may act aggressively to quash even positive and peaceful change by the rest of us.

Declassified “Skull and Bones” Records from Bush II W.H. Set for Public Release

Posted in Deep State, Secret Societies with tags , on July 3, 2016 by realizethelies

Zapata-Skull-and-Bones-700x329

One of America’s most infamous secret societies, Yale University’s Skull and Bones Society, may be a little less secret come July, as the national archives is scheduled to publicly release 1,650 pages of records from the President George W. Bush-era.

The National Archives, which oversees White House records held at the George W. Bush Presidential Library in Dallas, Texas, reportedly received a request on April 15 for materials specific to George W. Bush’s presidency under the Freedom of Information Act.The request specifically sought the public release of records containing 8,072 pages, 3,159 assets (such as presidential memoranda – cards, letters, etc.), and one video clip, according to the National Archives.

After having been thoroughly examined by both the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and former President George W. Bush himself, last month NARA sent a letter to representatives of the Obama and Bush administrations announcing plans to release 3,404 pages of the Bush-era records to the public, including 1,650 pages relating to The Skull and Bones Society, according to the letter.

Skull and Bones was co-founded at Yale in 1832 by William Huntington Russell and the father of a future president, Alphonso Taft. The society’s alumni boasts many of America’s political elite, including former presidents William Taft, George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and current Secretary of State John Kerry. On April 26, Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton was made an “Honorary Bonesman” because she graduated from Yale Law School in 1973.

A FOIA request from author Robert Gaylon Ross Sr. prompted the National Archives to release the Skull and Bones records. Ross has authored several books about secret societies, and claims that many of these organizations, including the Skull and Bones Society, play a critical role in global governance; acting as an unseen hand behind the curtain.

In addition to the 3,404 pages of records, 1,503 assets and one video clip in whole, 582 pages and 186 assets in part will also be released to the public. You can be virtually certain that the juiciest tidbits of information held within the requested records will be shielded from public view as Skull and Bones is deeply intertwined with the U.S. intelligence community.
